これまでASOでは様々な起業支援事業を行ってきました。スタートアップ、ソーシャルビジネス、地域のビジネスなど多岐に渡る支援に置いてノウハウも構築してきております。

この度、2023年より開催している「起業前・起業家向けスタートアップ支援プログラムPhoeniX」をベースに、より多くの起業家にチャンスやきっかけを生み出すため、各関係機関や県内外の企業や支援者との連携をより強固にし、「起業前・起業家向けスタートアップ支援プログラムPhoeniX Ignite」としてアップデートされたプログラムを提供します。

今期より、従来のセミナーはもちろんのこと、メンタリングをはじめとした伴奏支援や合宿プログラム、ネットワーキングや独自のコミュニティー形成を行っていきます。最終的には、選抜されたメンバーは東京でのビジネスコンテストへの参加枠も確保しております。起業家/起業を目指す全ての方に参画いただきたいです。

本ビジネスコンテストでは、すべてのエントリープランに対して「スタートアップ」「ソーシャル」「ローカル」の3要素を含む統合的な視点で審査を行います。そのうえで、総合点上位者にグランプリ／準グランプリを、特定ジャンルにおいて優れた点を持つプランにスタートアップ賞・ソーシャル賞・ローカル賞などを授与します。皆様、是非ご応募ください。

対象者:　大分県内に住む方。社会人及び学生。既に事業を行っている(ビジネス)、まだ事業を行っていない（アイデア）の両方が対象。

◾️中間発表と中間審査の違いについて
中間発表（採択者）：メンター以外のPhoeniXアドバイザーにフィードバックなどをもらう時間になります。
中間審査（不採択者、メンタリング希望されなかった方 他）：最終発表会に出場したい方が採択者以外でエントリーできる唯一の機会です。

◾️審査基準
審査基準は以下になります。１次審査時も以下の項目が評価されます。
エントリーシートには以下を意識して記載ください。
特に「スタートアップ・ソーシャル・ローカル」を意識してください。

・課題設定と解決力:課題が明確かつ解決策が実効的か

・ビジネスモデルの構造と収益性:提供内容と収益構造が論理的か

・市場性・成長性（スタートアップ）:需要・スケーラビリティの見込みがあるか

・社会性・共感性（ソーシャル）:社会課題への寄与・共感を得やすいか

・地域性・地域活用（ローカル）:地域課題や資源と接続しているか

・実現可能性・行動力:実行計画が現実的か

・独自性・創造性 :他との差別化や新規性があるか

・プレゼンテーション力 :熱意、構成、デザインが伝わるか

・チーム力・主体性 :協働性や主体的な姿勢が感じられるか

[1/31 Final Presentation] Now accepting entries for the Phoenix Ignite 2025-2026 Business Contest!

ASO has been involved in various entrepreneurial support projects. We have also built up a wide range of support, including startups, social businesses, and local businesses.

Based on the “PhoeniX Startup Support Program for Pre-Startups and Entrepreneurs” that has been held since 2023, we will strengthen our collaboration with related organizations, companies, and supporters inside and outside the prefecture in order to create opportunities for more entrepreneurs. We will provide an updated program called “PhoeniX Ignite Startup Support Program for Pre-Startups and Entrepreneurs”.

This time, in addition to the traditional seminars, we will also be providing mentoring and other support, training camp programs, networking, and the formation of a unique community. Finally, selected members will have a chance to participate in a business contest in Tokyo. We encourage all entrepreneurs / those aiming to start a business to participate.

In this business contest, all submitted plans will be judged from a comprehensive perspective that includes the three elements of “startup,” “social,” and “local.” Based on this, the Grand Prize and Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded to the plans with the highest overall scores, and Startup Awards, Social Awards, Local Awards, etc. will be awarded to plans that excel in specific categories. We look forward to your application.

Eligible participants: People living in Oita Prefecture. Working adults and students. Both those who are already running a business and those who are not yet running a business (idea level) are eligible.

  • Differences between mid-term presentation and mid-term review

 

Mid-term presentation (selected applicants): This is the time to receive feedback from Phoenix advisors other than the mentors.

Mid-term review (unsuccessful applicants, those who did not request mentoring, etc.): This is the only opportunity for those who want to participate in the final presentation but didn’t get selected.

Final presentations: 15 groups (plus those who passed the mid-term review)

  • Selection Criteria

The selection criteria are as follows. The following items will also be evaluated during the first round of selection.

Please keep the following in mind when filling out your application form.

Please be especially mindful of “startup, social, and local.”

– Problem definition and solving ability: Is the problem clear and the solution effective?

– Business model structure and profitability: Is the content offered and the profit structure logical?

– Marketability and growth potential (startups): Is there prospect for demand and scalability?

– Sociality and empathy (social): Is it easy to contribute to and sympathize with social issues?

-Regionality/Local Use (Local): Is it connected to local issues and resources?

-Feasibility/Ability to act: Is the execution plan realistic?

-Originality/Creativity: Is it differentiated from others and novel?

-Presentation skills: Can you convey enthusiasm, structure, and design?

-Teamwork/Initiative: Can you sense a collaborative and proactive attitude?
